Privacy Policy — DoodleLift

WebAppsToGo LLC provides DoodleLift: Sketch to Image for iPhone and iPad (com.webappstogo.doodlelift). This policy covers the app and its supporting service. The current app uses secure sign-in and a balance of free and purchased creations.

The app contains no advertising SDK, developer-operated analytics SDK or third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your information or use sketches and prompts for advertising or profiling.

Account: The platform sign-in service supplies an app-specific identity and may supply your name and email address, including a private relay address. A hosting service handles authentication and stores account, identity and session information. Your device stores the session needed to stay signed in.

Sketches and prompts: When you start generation or an edit, your drawing or reference image and prompt pass through our service to a third-party AI image service to generate an image. Our application ledger stores a request fingerprint rather than the sketch or prompt text. The AI image service processes the submitted content under its own policies.

Storybooks: When you ask DoodleLift to write a book, your story title, the instructions used for each picture and the narration text you typed or dictated pass through our service to a third-party AI text service, which uses that text to write the book's pages. Book writing requires an internet connection, sign-in and the Allow AI sharing permission. Your saved narration, stories and books stay in the app's local library and do not sync between devices. Our service records account-linked book-request timing and completion information to limit requests and operate the feature. Making a book does not use creation credits. If you share a book as a PDF, the destination you choose receives that file under its own privacy practices.

AI sharing permission: Nothing is sent to an AI service until you turn on Allow AI sharing. You can turn it off at any time in Account; drawing and your saved library keep working without it.

Dictation: The platform speech-recognition service converts speech into editable prompt text. Recognition runs on your device when supported; otherwise the speech-recognition service may process the audio. Microphone and speech permissions are requested when you use dictation. You can type instead. Our image-generation service receives the resulting prompt text, not the audio recording.

Gallery: Saved images, thumbnails, original inputs, favorites and your draft stay on your device. There is no cloud-synced gallery. Device backups you enable may include this content.

Purchases: The platform payment service processes payment. We verify signed transactions and keep product, transaction, account association, grant and refund information to maintain your creation balance. We do not receive payment-card details.

Operations: Account and request identifiers, request fingerprints, timestamps, job states, credit reservations, ledger events and service errors support recovery, abuse prevention and billing correctness. Hosting providers may process network addresses and technical request metadata in their operational logs.

We use information to authenticate your account, provide three complimentary successful creations to eligible sign-in identities, generate and edit images, write storybooks, maintain purchased credits, recover interrupted work, reconcile refunds and prevent duplicate requests or repeated trial claims.

Creating or editing successfully uses one creation. A confirmed failure releases its reservation. If the outcome is uncertain, the reservation remains held until the job is recovered or reconciled, preventing a second charge or duplicate generation.

A hosting service provides authentication, the private creation ledger, image recovery storage and server functions for WebAppsToGo. A third-party AI image service generates images from the sketch or reference image and prompt you submit. A third-party AI text service writes storybook pages from the story title, picture instructions and narration you submit. Platform services provide login, purchases and optional speech recognition. These services process information to deliver their functions and under their applicable policies.

Local gallery content stays until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Signing out does not delete your gallery. Deleting a local image does not immediately delete a server recovery copy.

Successfully completed images can be downloaded privately for 24 hours after completion. Scheduled cleanup runs every five minutes to remove eligible expired objects; deletion may take longer if cleanup fails. An uncertain job may retain its output beyond 24 hours while we reconcile it. Such jobs are excluded from automatic deletion so that a recoverable image is not lost.

Account and session records remain while your account is active. Open Creations and choose Delete account, then verify with the same sign-in account. Accepted deletion immediately disables your account and remaining creations. We revoke DoodleLift’s sign-in authorization, allow work already in progress to stop safely, then remove hosted images and authentication records. This normally takes several minutes; failed cleanup is retried. Downloaded images remain on your device. On an older build, update or contact eng@webappstogo.com for assistance. We may verify your identity before acting.

After account deletion, protected trial identity hashes, purchase/refund and ledger audit records, request identifiers and fingerprints remain to prevent repeated trials, duplicate processing and fraudulent grants. These records currently have no automatic expiry. They are pseudonymous records, not anonymous information. The platform payment service retains its own purchase records under its policies.

Provider backups and operational logs may retain earlier data after removal from the active service. Their retention follows the provider configuration and policies; deleting active data does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups.

AI sharing is off until you explicitly choose Allow and create when creating an image or enable Allow AI sharing in Creations. This permits sending your sketch or selected image and written instructions to a third-party AI image service to create or edit an image. The choice is saved on this device for your DoodleLift account. Turn it off under Creations → AI privacy to stop new uploads. Work already submitted may finish; you can still retrieve its result. Drawing and your Library remain available without permission. You can also decline microphone and speech permissions, type instead, export or delete local images, and contact us about information associated with your account. Do not send passwords, authorization codes or complete purchase tokens to support.

The current offer uses optional one-time creation packs, not an auto-renewing subscription. The platform payment service handles refund requests through its refund service. Your rights may include access, correction or deletion, depending on your location. Contact us to make a request.

The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. The app has no public gallery, social profiles or messaging. Device screen-time and family settings can help manage purchases and device access.
