About these terms
These terms apply to Bramblewatch: Tower Defense (the game), provided by WebAppsToGo LLC. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.
If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard app Terms of Use also apply. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms and the store's terms differ, the store's terms govern your purchase and download.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, as the store's rules allow. The game, its art, music, characters and code belong to WebAppsToGo LLC. Do not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing product.
The Full Grove purchase
Levels 1 to 5 are free. The Full Grove is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks levels 6 to 24. It is not a subscription and never renews. The purchase screen shows your localized price before purchase.
The purchase belongs to the Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. Tap Restore purchase, on the Full Grove screen or in Settings, to unlock it again on another device or after reinstalling. The platform payment service handles payment and refunds under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. See Support for how to request one.
Your game data
Progress is stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). It is not synced between devices, and we cannot recover it if it is deleted. Resetting progress in the game keeps the Full Grove.
Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix problems, balance levels or add content, and we may stop offering it in the stores. A game you have already installed keeps working offline, as it needs no server of ours.
Disclaimer and limits
The game is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game and the Full Grove. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
